How Our Shipping Works

 

The Liktan

With The Liktan, place an order and pay the shipping costs ($11.95 for standard shipping), then after that, standard shipping is free for the next 30 days (no matter how many times you order).

Oversized items, expedited options, and orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify and will have additional charges as noted at Checkout.

 

The Liktan VIP

Pay $59 for a year of unlimited standard shipping. It's a style no-brainer.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is on its way. You can check the status of your order anytime in My Account.

 

Shipping Multiple Items

If your order includes several items, we may ship them separately and at different times in order to get them to you faster. But when possible, we group together items that ship from the same location. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped and how much remains to be shipped.

 

Tracking Your Order

We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You can also check the status of your order anytime in My Account. (Just select the “Order History” tab, then click “View Details.” The tracking number listed there will give you the most up-to-date information.)

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Right now, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

 

Undelievered Packages/Return to sender

All undelivered packages will be refunded minus shipping charges.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Your Shipping Options*

Please note that shipping times are approximated from the time your purchase leaves our warehouse.

  • Not all items qualify for expedited shipping.

  • Right now we are only able to ship within the U.S.

 

 

*If your order includes oversized items, then additional shipping charges may apply - these will be noted in the description of the item and at Checkout. Likta Lux reserves the right to modify or cancel its shipping programs at any time without notice.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately and at different times.

  • Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address. (We use this additional time to ensure the security of your credit card information.)

  • Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • For estimates of shipping times, refer to the product page, or check your confirmation email. You may also check the status of your order anytime in My Account.

  • Due to Department of Transportation guidelines, fragrance items can only be shipped via standard shipping.

  • Legal requirements prohibit wine from being shipped to certain states. These exceptions will be noted in the product description.

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use if you would like items to ship to different destinations. With The Rue 30, after you place an order and pay the shipping costs once, standard shipping is free on every order you place for the next 30 days.

 

Where We Ship

 

48 Contiguous United States

Select standard, Second Day, or Next Day at Checkout for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Right now we are only able to ship within the U.S.

Alaska and Hawaii

Select Second Day at Checkout. Please provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver expedited shipments to PO Boxes. Your order will be delivered in 4-6 business days.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Select standard shipping at Checkout. Our items usually reach the post office by the time we estimate at Checkout, but delivery from the APO or FPO to you may take a bit longer. Please allow additional time for shipments to these addresses.

 

When to Expect Your Package

 

What “Usually ships in” Means

We start preparing your order as soon as we receive it so you can have it as soon as possible. Each item’s product page tells you when it will be ready to ship (meaning how long it will take before it is packaged, labeled, and ready to leave Likta Lux).

 

Standard Shipping

Please allow 3-7 business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive (unless otherwise noted at Checkout). We try to group all of your orders together so that you receive a single package, though sometimes your orders may arrive in separate boxes.

In order to get Members the best possible prices, we use a variety of shipping arrangements with brands, and some result in longer shipping times than others. We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email, and you can check the status of your order anytime in My Account.

 

Expedited Shipping

When you need your package quickly, we are happy to help. Choose from these expedited shipping options at Checkout*. (Expedited shipping time is estimated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. See individual product pages to learn when your item will be ready to ship.)
