We guarantee the authenticity and condition of every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of shipping notice for a prompt refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

 

  • Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

If you return an item that is regular priced merchandise, there are two options: 

1) A Likta Lux credit

2) A refund to your original form of payment minus shipping to and from your destination.

 

If something is considered FINAL SALE, it will be noted.

 

All pre-owned items are FINAL SALE. If you receive a defective item, please give us a call at 1 (866) 395-4963. Our customer representatives are happy to assist you.

 

If you purchase an item that is a Daily Deal you can only return for a store credit (less shipping charges- the amount of the item).

 

Also, if you are going to return something, it must be done within 10 days unless otherwise specified. Please don’t return anything that has been worn, washed or damaged (if it was- we can't process a refund). Please include all the original tags, packaging, boxes and labels. In addition, please be sure return items in the same or similar packaging you received them.

 

If you are returning an international order please note a prepaid return label cannot be sent and shipping charges are not refunded.
