CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, just contact us at (888)395-4963. You can also place an order with one of our chat representatives.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Our shipping costs are passed along from our good friends at UPS. Upon checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated and added on based on your location.

 

HOW ABOUT SALES TAX?

Sales tax will be calculated and added to the final purchase price, if you reside in LA.

 

DO ALL ITEMS ON LIKTA LUX COME IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING?

Most items, with the exception of pre-owned vintage goods, do come in original packaging. However, we do not guarantee it. Additionally, sometimes packaging will not be in perfect condition. HELP! I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM

It’s easy. Contact us at support@iktalux.com with your order #, and we will message you back with a Label attached. Pop it on and its ready to ship UPS. Once we get the item we will refund you following the guidelines below. Please read our full return policy here

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do accept returns, unless the item is final sale, it will be noted in the listing. You have two options for a refund: 1) An Likta Lux credit 2) A refund to your original form of payment minus shipping to and from your destination. Please read our full return policy here

 

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED OR WRONG?

Don’t panic. We want you to be thrilled with your order. If you believe the package was shipped in error by Likta Lux please email us at support@liktalux.com

 

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING THAT WAS BOUGHT WITH A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT?

Yes, but you’ll only receive back the amount you paid for the item. Please make sure that it meets the return policy guidelines.

 

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to US shipping address.

 

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes. Your personal information is subject to our PRIVACY POLICY and your credit card information is encrypted and properly protected, both physically and electronically whenever we use it.

 

ARE PROMOTION CODES VALID ON ALL ORDERS & DO PROMOTION CODES EXPIRE?

Promotions are valid on most orders. However, to keep our prices as low as possible they can not be applied to all orders. In addition, one promotion is valid per an order unless you are using a store credit. All promotion codes are subject to expire without notice. Promotional codes that do not expire are 1) Codes earned thru the referral program and 2) Likta Lux Credit.

 

WHAT IF I RETURN SOMETHING I PAID FOR WITH A LIKTA LUX CREDIT?

You will be refunded in the form of an Amuze credit. Please note if you paid with an Likta Lux credit and return the item, shipping charges to your destination will not be refunded.
